Parts Warranty

Generator Parts World LLC offers the following warranties on parts that are sold by us. Each warranty is specific to the part type. These warranties are set by Generator Parts World LLC and we reserve the right to change any policy at anytime. Any determination of warranty validity will be made by and at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC

Electrical Parts – Generator Parts World LLC offers a 30 day warranty on any electrical part, including but not limited to voltage regulators, carbon brushes, electric engine starters, sensors, switches, ignition coils, and solenoids. Generator Parts World LLC does NOT honor this warranty on parts that were damaged by circumstances including but not limited to improper installation, modification of the part or parts, improper testing, improper repair, damaged caused by the unit or units in which the part was installed, or any other factor of the unit the part was installed in causing damage to the part. If the unit being repaired is not repaired by a trained or certified technician or the proper testing has not been done prior to the new part being installed your warranty may be voided by and at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC.

Filters – Any filter sold by Generator Parts World LLC will not carry a warranty. Filters are to be physically inspected at the time of delivery by the buyer. Due to the nature of filters, as they do not have working parts either mechanical or electrical, if the filter is physically sound the part will work. Any filter that is damaged upon arrival to the buyer will be able to be substituted by Generator Parts World LLC by and at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC

Shipping Damages – Generator Parts World LLC will replace any parts that are damaged in the shipping process at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC. Any shipping damage must be reported to Generator Parts World LLC within 7 days of the delivery date that is shown by the shipping services used which includes but is not limited to UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Generator Parts World LLC may replace a part after this time frame but it will be at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC if it chooses to do so.

Mechanical and All Other Items – Any item not covered above will carry a warranty of no more than 60 days. The exact term of the warranty will be set by and at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC. Generator Parts World LLC does NOT honor this warranty on parts that were damaged by circumstances including but not limited to improper installation, modification of the part or parts, improper testing, improper repair, damaged caused by the unit or units in which the part was installed, or any other factor of the unit the part was installed in causing damage to the part. Returns, Exchanges, Warranty Parts – Generator Parts World LLC makes no promise of the way or time that returns, exchanges, or warranties will be processed. Generator Parts World LLC can request that any part that a buyer wishes to return, exchange, or warranty be returned to Generator Parts World LLC. The return, exchange, or warranty process including but not limited to carrier used to return the part or charges for returning a part will be determined at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC. Typically Generator Parts World LLC attempts to process any returns, exchanges, or warranties in 48 hours upon the receipt of a previously purchased part but this time frame is not a mandated time frame and the time frame may differ to any time frame determined at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC.

Shipping

Generator Parts World LLC offers many products that ship for free. Generator Parts World LLC will pick the shipping service and packaging type for the free shipping service at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC. Generator Parts World LLC will offer different options for shipping but those options may have terms such as long or shorter delivery times and added costs to the user. Shipping charges are determined by and at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC and are non-negotiable. Certain shipping services, such as but not limited to USPS Express Mail and UPS Next Day Air, offers money back guarantees. Generator Parts World LLC does pass this guarantee along to the customer that uses these services but only under terms determined by and at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC.

Any damages that are occurred to any packages must be reported to Generator Parts World LLC in no less than 72 hours. It is a typical standard for most shipping companies that damages must be inspected at the time of delivery and reported then if there is a damage. Generator Parts World LLC will make a determination of action taken for damages of items received at its sole discretion. In many cases Generator Parts World LLC will offer a solution, including but not limited to a refund, partial refund, or new items. Any time frame or exact action will be decided at the sole discretion of Generator Parts World LLC.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Parts Type

Generator Parts World LLC sells it own parts as replacements for parts on many machines including but not limited to generators, water pumps, air compressors, pressure washers, and hydraulic pumps. Generator Parts World LLC only sells it own aftermarket parts that are not represented to be manufactured by any other company other than Generator Parts World LLC.
